Terms of the Ritual

By completing a purchase at Scalp Scrip, you agree to the following terms, designed to protect the integrity of our curated platform:

• Order Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. ScalpScrip is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

• No Modifications: Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment partners to ensure the fastest possible delivery. We cannot cancel or modify orders after they have been processed.

• Product Representation: We curate products from various high-end brands. While we strive for accuracy, ScalpScrip is not liable for minor variations in color (especially in natural stone products) or individual biological results. Results vary based on personal hair health and consistent use.

• Chargeback Prevention: By purchasing, you agree to contact ScalpScrip Support to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks for items that have been delivered (per carrier tracking) will be contested using these Terms as proof of purchase agreement.
