Scalp Scrip Refund & Return Policy Due to the hygienic nature of our scalp-care curations, ScalpScrip does not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. All sales are final. This policy ensures the integrity and safety of every product we deliver to our community.

Defective or Damaged Items We stand behind the excellence of our selection. If an item is found to be defective or was damaged during transit, we provide a 100% free replacement. Please contact support@scalpscrip.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence to initiate a priority replacement claim.  Include images of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
