The Logistics of Your Ritual

ScalpScrip is a global curator. We source our technology and botanicals from top-tier partners to deliver them directly to your door.

• Processing Time: Most "Scrip" orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.

• Shipping Estimates: For our US-based customers, standard shipping typically takes 5–12 business days after the processing window. Please note that transit times are estimates provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. It may take 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the status.

• "Delivered" Status: Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered," the transaction is considered complete. ScalpScrip is not responsible for packages stolen from porches or secured mailrooms. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking to ensure someone is home for delivery.

• Customs & Delays: While rare for US orders, any local customs fees or delays caused by weather or carrier volume are outside of our control and do not qualify for a refund.
